Pick up From Another Location

• You make the booking by phone or from our website – In the last case, make sure you check out for discounts that may be on offer at that time!
• One of our friendly operators will contact you by phone or email to confirm your booking.
• We will contact you a day before the scheduled booking if you make the booking days in advance.
• Your driver will be waiting for you at the selected location at the specified date and time. You will receive a call from him to let you know that he is at the designated pick up location.

Pick up From Airports

Same confirmation process as above.
One of our London Transfer Minicabs staff will gather all the information necessary, such as flight arrival time (we monitor our clients’ flight from departure to arrival) so the driver is there when you come out of the terminal. Great organization on our end and punctuality also help eliminate costly parking tickets, which saves you money so you can enjoy more of the enchanting capital.
Your driver will be at the airport’s designated area holding a board with your last name. As soon as you leave the terminal, you will be able to see him clearly.
Regarding the route to be taken, a London Transfer Minicabs expert or your experienced driver will discuss the best options for you, always taking into consideration the traffic at the time.
